Follow The Below Steps
1.Log in to your Blogger Dashboard--> Design- -> Edit HTML
2.Scroll down and find ]]></b:skin> tag.
3.Copy the below code and paste it just after ]]></b:skin> tag and Save Your Template.

4.Now,Go to Blogger Dashboard --> Design --> Page Elements --> Add a Gadget --> HTML/Javascript
