we will open an account on oDesk, oDesk in then we will choose payoneer as a payment method and fill out a credit card application.
So after having an account with Odesk
Open your account
Click on 'Payments'
Click on 'Payment Methods'
there you will find as a payment method "Payoneer Debit Card", click "Go to Payoneer" and create an account with them, fill in your exact coordinates well sure.
